Notes
Borage seed oil is rich in gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). Comfrey has traditional wound-healing uses but contains toxic pyrrolizidine alkaloids. Many species are valued bee forage plants. Forget-me-nots are widely cultivated ornamentals.
